Satsumen is a noodle factory in Sapporo.

Since we are located in Hokkaido, we try to make delicious and safe products using local ingredients as much as possible.

For example, some use 100% Hokkaido flour, others use whole wheat flour…

We also use mineral water from Kuromatsunai, Hokkaido.

(Sapporo tap water is pretty good too!)

Currently, we only produce fresh noodles, but we plan to develop dried noodles that last longer.
